(I miss my gif folder…) Not having enough male companions is the curse of the Time Lords ;) but seriously there have been male companions, but not nearly as many as the female. I alway like the male heroes. It’s a different dynamic. I agree, but I know some people who don’t want more male companions because the Doctor already represents the male populace and more male companions means less female companions and less female heroes. Which is fine, I’m all for more female heroes, but it breaks my heart when my one friend’s son thinks that he could never hang out with the Doctor. I’m hoping that Rory is changing his mind.
